George is the CEO and founder of Cuzeno Builders and Developers.
George is also the owner and operator of Beauty Point Retirement resort in Sydney and is a member of the Board for the Antiochian Orthodox Church in Australia.
George is one of the most experienced builders in N.S.W. with over 55 years of experience in the industry. He has extensive knowledge in development, project management, construction, strategic planning, and every other aspect relating to the construction industry. George provides expertise in all facets of the business including: organisational leadership, risk management, finance and advertising. George has been a member of the HIA for many years and has been awarded by them. George oversees and guides the team with his strong commitment to the company’s values, always reflecting the attitude that people come before assets.
Paul is the senior project manager. He has graduated from UTS with a bachelor of Construction Management. He has a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of development, construction, management and Information technology. He is the son of George Jabbour and has been working for the company for 29 years. Paul has developed the reputation as being the company’s motivator, always striving to achieve excellence. He leads the entire team with enthusiasm and kindness.
Elie is our senior construction manager. He has been with Cuzeno builders from its early years. Elie’s experience has made him an expert in the micro management of every aspect in construction. He is a charismatic leader who excels in generating core values of Cuzeno on site: fairness, excellence, team work, safe working practices and pleasant working conditions.
George is our senior site supervisor. He has graduated from TAFE with a Diploma in Building. George is a ‘chip of the old block’ of his father Elie and is a valued member of the team with over 10 years experience in company. George takes on the role of site supervision vigorously.
Christine Ayoub, sales manager of Ranc Property group, runs the sales and marketing for the development sites. She is a registered real-estate agent.
Ross Symonds joined the Cuzeno Group as a Sales and Promotion consultant in 2008, following a distinguished career as a Television and Radio broadcaster spanning more than 35 years.
During that time Ross has gained national recognition as trustworthy and credible, built up over his many years in prime time media, and his involvement with many charities.
Ross also has his Real Estate registration and is enjoying his role at Beauty Point Resort promoting and selling apartments at the Resort.
Ross makes regular appearances at clubs and sporting organisations, speaking about the benefits of comfortable, active and secure lifestyles in retirement.”
Lisa Papahristos, the manager of Beauty Point Retirement Resort for over 15 years, is a big believer in solid customer service.
After many years in public service, Lisa brought with her to the role of manager of the retirement village a wealth of customer service experience.
Lisa’s role is to partake in sales meetings and offer her experience to the sales team.
Katie is Cuzeno’s office manager. She has been with the company for 10 years and assists George and Paul in the management of the entire office’s business. She is involved in the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures and resources. She is reliable, creative and has a shining personality.
Ruth is the full time accounts manager for Cuzeno. She has been with the company for 15 years and is highly skilled and efficient at managing a large number of accounts and the company payroll. Ruth’s responsibilities are great and she goes above and beyond what is asked on a daily basis.
Kim works in the accounts department. Kim manages all project and general accounts. Kim is a very diligent and excellent worker and is highly respected among her co-workers. She has been with our company for 10 years.
Keenan is our qualified accountant, who is a reliable and hardworking professional with a practical hands-on approach, who always perseveres to achieve the best results. He has been with us from 2016. He has graduated with a Masters in Accounting & Financial Management from La Trobe University of Melbourne, VIC. Keenan also looks after other aspects of the business such as Admin, IT, Marketing, and has a special interest in Business Development.
Lyon Yu is our Contract Administrator and is responsible for contract adminstration and project managements that involves contract, WHS, forecast, resource managment and assists in all the technical activities aiming at assuring accuracy and quality from conception to completion in every project. Lyon had successfully completed his double Master’s Degree of Engineering, which helps him retain a true quality focus and prides himself on being able to deliver the best possible outcomes.
